2. Strict Biometric & Credential Protection
IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTE REGARDING BIOMETRICS & GOVERNMENT IDS:
To complete the mandatory FMCSA MOTUS setup, the Company Official must authenticate through Login.gov using government-issued photo IDs and biometric facial scans.
MOTUS Help does not collect, receive, store, or see your Login.gov passwords, security codes, government ID uploads, or biometric data scans.
These sensitive items are submitted by you directly to the official U.S. government identity verification portal (Login.gov) during your virtual setup session.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and coordinate our setup assistance Services.
- Audit and pre-verify your company registration data against state and federal records.
- Schedule and conduct your virtual setup session.
